NOW AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE FOR THE 2017 SUMMER SEASON!

Our Localicious Summer Farm Fresh Box is a weekly box of fresh fruits and vegetables. The program starts in July and runs for 12 weeks.

The box will be made up of veggies from our own farm.  Organically grown fruit is purchased from Quentin Parsons of Parsons Farm Market in Keremeos.  Organically grown Blueberries come from Gelderman Farms in Abbotsford.

If you are finding the box too much to get through in 1 week, a smaller box is available this year for smaller families.  More information is available at the store during store hours.

Pickup is on Thursdays from 12-7pm.

Farm Fresh Box FAQ:

How much do I get each week?
The Localicious Summertime box contains roughly 7-10 types of fruit and veggies each week, approximately 15 lbs.  However, this VARIES! It depends on what is in the box that week. For example, if our amazing sweet corn is in the box, it will be heavier than 15 lbs.

What kind of produce can I expect?
Our boxes can contain potatoes, carrots, beets, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, peas, beans, sweet corn, lettuces, kale, chard, all types of summer squashes, peppers, eggplant, all types of tomatoes, cherries, apricots, peaches, nectarines, plums, apples, pears, melons, plus many more surprises.

Can I make substitutions?
Yes, if you receive something in the box that you know you will not eat, you are welcome to change it for something in our trades bin.

I don't cook with this very often. What do I do?
Don't worry. Each week you will receive a newsletter with ideas for recipes.  And if you're really stuck, check out our Pinterest page.

I'm going on holidays. Does that mean I miss a box?
If you are going on holidays, you have several options. You may pass the box on to a friend. You could increase or decrease your amounts the week before and after your trip. Or another alternative is to take the amount of the box in items for freezing or canning (ie.corn).
